The Mac computer can have a few issues on its own when it comes to the printer at Catapult. To install the printer on a mac that has never been on Catapults printers, it pretty straight forward. Just do the following:

Just follow the directions that follow to assist you in installing the printer drivers.
If you have already installed the drivers and you are unable to get it to work do the following:
UNINSTALL THE KONICA SECURE PRINTER
Go to system preferences and delete the printer entirely.
REMOVE YOUR SAVED KONICA SECURE PRINT PASSWORD
Go to your Keychain Access Tool
Go to your launchpad, search for Keychain and open the tool.
Once you have successfully logged into your keychain click on the login option under default keychains.
Scroll down the list until you find ‘Konica Secure Print’, right click or 2 finger tap on it and select Delete “Konica Secure Print”
If you have more than 1 listing, delete all of them.
Once you have done this, close everything out and go back to the top of this article and start over and you should have a successful setup. It will prompt you for your name and password and this will be your Office RnD Member Portal login.
